Dennis Alexander

A more modern sounding Baroque piece, this prelude features a repeated motive in the right hand that is usually accompanied with a descending bass line. Written in rounded binary form, the tension builds in the B section, but then releases as we enter into the opening section again. Sequence pervades each section of this fun prelude.
