This lively piece is sure to entertain young pianists. Engaging, off-beat rhythmic patterns permeate the accompaniment line. The occasional accents should be well-placed. The articulation contrasts between both hands can be a challenge for students. Pearce includes a few instances of triplets, which may be a new experience for beginning musicians.
